Ready to build the workplace of the future We're looking for a senior sales professional who can drive both new logo acquisition and revenue growth from existing clients across India's BFSI, NBFC, and Fintech landscape. You'll own the full enterprise sales lifecycle—identifying new opportunities, leading complex consultative sales processes, and deepening relationships with existing accounts to grow share-of-wallet and unlock long-term value. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, enterprise stakeholder management, and a strong understanding of collections, credit risk, and recovery operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of tele callers focused on debt collections to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver outstanding customer interactions Develop and implement strategies to enhance the team's productivity, efficiency, and overall collections performance Monitor team members calls for quality assurance and provide constructive feedback and training as needed Set clear performance goals for individual team members and conduct regular performance reviews Collaborate with other teams, including collections operations, customer support, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences Analyse call centre data related to
