Partner with the best As a Services Specialist - Technical Support, you will be responsible for: Have fundamental knowledge of Imaging Solutions and/or Radiography, including the associated software codes, configurations, installations, repairs, troubleshooting, applications, and/or follow established escalation paths to support appropriately. Effectively project manage issues to closure from assigned customers and be knowledgeable of and sensitive to business, social and cultural issues significant to the customers. Involve other teams as required, facilitate, and motivate them to support the resolution process for customer issues, technical and otherwise, and use your own leadership skills to get case team buy-in and engagement. Keep the local commercial sales representative or channel partner copied regarding customer issues and their resolution. Build strong relationships with the cross-functional internal teams and the customers. Work with the regions and the leadership to prioritize cases. Support Remote Service team members, fulfill Customer Advocate duties, and assist other teams as required. Develop, prepare and conduct training for internal and external technicians. Attend, participate in and complete field interventions as required to support remote service cases or field service needs.
