About Celestia Labs Celestia is the L1 for specialised onchain markets, enabling fibre optic performance with millisecond latency. Today, more than 30 networks across exchanges, real-world assets, and consumer applications are built on Celestia’s foundation. About the Team The Celestia Labs Team is remote first and highly distributed, with English as our primary language for communication. We are looking for self-starters that are excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment. Much of the team lives and works in the European timezones. As such, team members are expected to be available as needed for scheduled team meetings between the general hours of 1pm-6pm CET. This role reports directly to the CEO and will manage a team of 3. About You You’re an experienced product leader who has led product strategy and teams in technically complex, market-driven environments. You’re familiar with infrastructure and blockchain products, and you bring rigor and repeatable success in defining and executing product strategies. You’re comfortable operating at the executive level, making clear tradeoffs, and owning outcomes as products scale to support demanding use cases. Own product strategy and prioritisation across Celestia’s product portfolio, ensuring decisions are grounded in market needs and deliver measurable outcomes Lead and develop the Product Team, setting clear direction and accountability Continuously assess the competitive landscape, and conduct win/loss analysis to understand how we differentiate and why prospects choose us or competitors Establish rigorous user research practices: define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), interview users regularly, build accurate user stories, implement systems to track acquisition stages, and create feedback loops across BD, Sales, DevEx, and Engineering teams Shift from feature-based to outcome-based roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs, ensuring rationale and assumptions are well-documented and communicated to curr
