Assistant Engineer/ Technician Job Summary Ensure assembled and tested products meet specifications and quality standards. Perform assembly and testing processes following instructions. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards. Participate in new product evaluations and support the Quality Management System. Collaborate effectively with team members and superiors. Responsibilities Verify that assembled and tested products conform to specifications and meet established quality standards Perform assembly and testing processes according to documented process and test instructions Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping practices (5S) consistently in the work area Participate in the evaluation and transfer of new products as assigned to support production readiness Support and comply with the Quality Management System requirements to ensure product quality Communicate regularly and effectively with superiors and team members to coordinate work and resolve issues Preferred competencies and qualifications Possess a minimum NTC/ITC/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly is advantageous but not required Experience in equipment setup, assembly, testing, and debugging of capital equipment is a plus Open to candidates with no prior working experience Other Information Working location: Kaki Bukit and customer sites, including cleanroom environments when necessary If you are keen to apply for this role, please click Apply HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd, License No: 19C9668
