Job Description Lead end-to-end performance monitoring and analytics for wind, solar, and BESS assets to ensure optimal generation, storage utilization, and operational efficiency. Establish and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking of plants and key equipment (WTGs, inverters, transformers, and BESS systems). Drive analysis of SCADA data, generation reports, alarms, and downtime logs to proactively identify performance gaps, anomalies, and operational risks. Lead performance benchmarking against expected energy yield, contractual guarantees, OEM specifications, and design performance parameters. Oversee tracking and analysis of energy losses including availability losses, grid curtailment, equipment faults, and storage inefficiencies, and drive initiatives to minimize losses. Collaborate with O&M, OEM, engineering, and SCADA teams to implement performance optimization initiatives and improve reliability across the renewable asset portfolio. The Successful Applicant B.Tech in Electrical, Energy, or related fields. 10+ years of experience in wind power plant performance monitoring, analytics, or asset management. Strong analytical skills with expertise in handling large datasets. Knowledge of wind turbine technologies, SCADA systems, and solar plant operations. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, data visualization, and statistical performance modelling. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
