Job Description * Define and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational growth. * Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on ERP roadmap and digital transformation. * Drive Industry 4.0 and automation initiatives. * Lead and mentor IT team. * Lead implementation and support of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, SAGE, Odoo etc). * Manage ERP vendors and system integrators The Successful Applicant * Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science. * 12-18 years of experience in IT and ERP systems. * Strong experience in ERP implementations. * Certifications: NetSuite, SAP, ITIL, CCNA preferred * Successful ERP implementation. * Manage and mentor IT team What's on Offer Opportunity to work with a growing setup Opportunity to lead the vertical.
