Job Description Ensure compliance with indirect tax regulations, including GST filings and audits. Handle tax assessments, litigations, and reconciliations effectively. Manage incentive schemes and ensure timely submissions to relevant authorities. Provide advisory support on tax implications for business transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tax-saving opportunities. Monitor changes in tax laws and update internal processes accordingly. Prepare accurate tax reports and maintain detailed documentation. Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Manager Indirect Taxes and Incentive Management should have: Qualified CA with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience. (FMCG experience preferred) Proven expertise in indirect tax regulations, especially GST. Experience in managing tax compliance processes and incentive schemes. (Mandatory) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using tax and accounting software.
