Customer Service Manager We are a well-established organization serving the semiconductor and electronics industries globally , providing advanced equipment and materials supported by integrated technical and customer service solutions. We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support operations and drive service excellence in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team, ensure smooth order fulfilment, and act as a key link between customers, internal teams, and management. You will play a vital role in strengthening customer relationships, improving service processes, and ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do Lead and manage daily customer service operations and team performance Ensure timely and professional handling of enquiries, quotations, orders, and service requests Provide proactive updates on order status, shipments, risks, and solutions to customers and management Drive continuous improvements in service processes, efficiency, and quality Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and issue resolution Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate service records, reports, and operational documentation Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and quality standards What We’re Looking For Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or related field At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior customer service role Experience in machinery, equipment, semiconductor, or electronics industry preferred Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical ability Willingness to support after office hours when required for urgent matters What We Offer 💰 Basic Salary: S$6,000 – S$7,000 + Variable Bonus 📍 Location: Ang Mo Kio 🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
