Project Coordinator (PMO Support) Salary: S$4,000 – S$4,500 (Basic) + bonuses Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM & Saturday: Twice a month (9:30 AM – 1:00 PM) About the Role Join our Project Management Office (PMO) team as a Project Coordinator, where you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, ensuring smooth coordination, and maintaining high standards of documentation and administrative excellence. This role offers a strong mix of project coordination (70%) and administrative applications (30%) , including exposure to grants, permits, and compliance-related processes—ideal for individuals who enjoy structured work with meaningful impact across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project documentation, including preparation, tracking, and filing of records Coordinate project sign-offs and ensure timely approval workflows Maintain and monitor timesheet submissions for accurate project reporting Provide on-site/local coordination support for project documentation and execution Assist in the preparation and submission of administrative applications such as government grants and permits Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Work closely with the PMO team, with a dotted-line reporting to the local Admin Director Take initiative in resolving day-to-day operational and coordination challenges Role Requirements Minimum Diploma qualification Prior experience in grant applications (internal and/or client-facing) is required Familiarity with IT/software project environments or coordination work is highly preferred Adaptable and willing to support warehouse operations when required Highly independent, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
