Design Engineer (Fire Protection & Detection Systems) What We Offer Basic salary up to SGD 6,000 HP allowance ($60) Performance bonus (up to ~3 months, based on track record) Dynamic and supportive working environment Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Work Location: Bukit Batok Street About the Company A specialised engineering organisation providing fire protection and detection system design and integration, with strong expertise supporting marine and industrial projects. The team is involved in delivering compliant, high-quality engineering solutions from concept through to project completion. We are seeking a detail-oriented Design Engineer to contribute to innovative system designs and ensure compliance with industry and classification standards. Key Responsibilities Design and develop fire protection and detection systems (BOQ, calculations, datasheets, certificates, etc.) in accordance with marine classification requirements Support project execution and coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams Interpret technical proposals and engineering requirements Troubleshoot and resolve technical and design challenges during project execution Prepare and maintain proper project documentation and administrative records Work closely with stakeholders from project inception to completion Requirements Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control Engineering, or related discipline 3 years of experience in fire protection and detection systems (marine or similar industry preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD Knowledge of PLC systems If you are passionate about engineering design and want to grow in a niche, high-demand industry, we welcome your application.
