Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop precision machinery and mechatronic modules, with a strong focus on motion stages and high‑accuracy mechanical assemblies.Perform structural simulations to ensure design integrity and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other system components. Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during the development and testing phases. Document design processes and maintain detailed records. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in precision machinery, motion systems, or mechatronic module design. Strong proficiency in computer‑aided design and analysis tools (e.g. 3D CAD, structural/FEA simulation). Solid understanding of precision motion components, such as linear motors, guides, bearings, and mechanical transmission systems. Proficiency in structural simulation tools and techniques. Knowledge of vision inspection, linear motors, and optical encoders is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
