Location: Canada (remote) Languages required: French and English Overnight shifts available About the Role: We are looking for compassionate and skilled EAP Clinical Counsellors to provide support to clients across Canada. This is a fully remote position, offering night shifts and the option for full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (30 hours/week) work. Salary is $74,000 (night), plus competitive benefits. What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in mental health (social work, counselling, psychology, or related field). Licensure is not required; we actively support your journey to obtaining it through clinical supervision and dedicated allowances. Fluency in English and French. Minimum of 2 years of direct client contact providing counselling or mental health services. Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counselling modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative, or Systemic counselling. Training in crisis intervention and supporting high-risk clients is a plus. Ability to work with clients experiencing substance abuse, crisis situations, mental health symptoms, or relationship/family challenges. What You’ll Do: As a Clinical Counsellor
