Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Southern California Litigation Paralegal (Trial Preparation with Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice Experience) . Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week . Paralegal Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with direct experience in California litigation matters Prior experience handling Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice cases required Strong trial preparation experience, including preparing trial binders, exhibits, witness files, and other trial-related materials Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial Strong experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Ability to manage and organize large volumes of medical records, expert materials, and case documents Experience coordinating depositions, mediations, expert witnesses, and trial logistics Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures, court rules, and deadlines Experience with e-filing in California state and federal courts Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong case management skills Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced litigation environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour .
