Job Description: L1 Global Client Support Specialist Bookassist is a multi-award-winning and leading provider of online booking technology, distribution technology, web design and digital strategy services to the hotel industry internationally. Bookassist creates, manages and continuously optimises digital strategies for hotels and hotel groups. We drive our clients’ online business and seek to obtain higher and higher conversion to improve direct bookings on our clients’ hotel websites. Bookassist is expanding rapidly with offices in Dublin, Madrid, Rome, Vienna, Prague, Krakow and Toronto, and a client base of over 2,000 hotels. We are now looking for a L1 Global Client Support Specialist, reporting to the L1 Client Support Team Lead, who will help us support hotel clients to use Bookassist products. The ideal candidate will provide training to the clients on the use of the Company systems. This is a remote working position based in Spain JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Setting up hotels on Bookassist’s systems and training hotels in the use of the Bookassist systems Answering general support queries from our hotel clients over phone and email Providing support for hotels using Bookassist Booking Platform, CMS, GDS, etc Conduct research and analysis within internal data platforms to support problem-solving. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, guiding customers step-by-step through resolutions. Work with CRM and ticketing tools to manage support cases, feature requests, and documentation. Setting up of new offers, packages and ad hoc tasks in Bookassist reservation system and Bookassist CMS Liaising with sales and account management teams to ensure the best technical setups are rolled out to clients. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability to communicate effectively Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish, Italian 1+ year working within a relevant hotel-based or customer-facing environment (reception, revenue or reservation, e-commerce, marketing department at the hotel)
