Job Details ChristianaCare is currently looking for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join ChristianaCare Hospitalist Partners (CCHP), a large and established hospital employed group of over 150 physicians and 30 advanced practice clinicians servicing 3 hospital campuses (1,300 beds) in Newark and Wilmington, DE and Elkton, MD in a part-time or full-time virtual nocturnist role. The selected virtual nocturnist candidate will provide remote clinical management to patients at the Newark and Wilmington campus located in Delaware and Cecil campus located in Maryland with the support and collaboration by a hospitalist physician. This is a unique opportunity to practice in an acute care setting from your home! Full-time and part-time positions available. Assesses health status of assigned patients through complete medical history and chart review Analyze patient data and formulate an individualize plan of care based on patient assessment and needs in collaboration with the physician, nursing, and other members of the multidisciplinary team. Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of prescribed management plan. Establish priorities based on patient needs and act on these accordingly.
