Maintain absolute alignment of all metering schemas, data persistence protocols, and operational workflows with the statutory requirements of the EMA Electricity Metering Code and national utility mandates. Supervise the performance of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure and Network Management Systems to optimize the Daily Reading Success Rate (SR) through proactive spectral analysis and gateway management. Architect, debug, and maintain a proprietary suite of JavaScript, Visual Basic for Applications, automation engines and Java-based middleware to streamline backend business logic, complex data reconciliation, and high-volume transaction processing. Formulate and refine rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for telemetry alert thresholds; manage the lifecycle of localized and systemic field orders, performing deep-dive forensic analysis on technician-submitted field results. Execute root-cause analysis (RCA) on device failures and telecommunication outages, coordinating with field team and deploy the teams to ensure rapid grid restoration. Direct cross-functional task forces to ensure all system-wide performance KPIs and enterprise-level Service Level Agreements(SLAs) are exceeded through rigorous load balancing and resource allocation. Extrapolate multi-dimensional data sets from the Meter Data Management System to derive actionable intelligence for urban demand forecasting, hydraulic infrastructure stress-testing, and future-state project scaling. Synthesize system logs into high-level, comprehensive monthly performance dossiers and executive summaries for regulatory and client stakeholders.
