Job Description
Oversee end-to-end housing arrangements for expatriate employees, including sourcing, leasing, move-in/out coordination, and ongoing upkeep of residences. Act as the main point of contact for landlords, agents, and building management to resolve tenancy, maintenance, and service-related matters. Monitor lease timelines, housing costs, vendor invoices, and ensure proper documentation and records are maintained. Support relocation activities such as temporary accommodation, travel coordination, and settling-in arrangements for new hires. Handle general office operations including procurement, office upkeep, asset tracking, and coordination of day-to-day administrative activities. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in expatriate housing, relocation support, facilities, property coordination, or office administration. Comfortable managing multiple accommodation arrangements, vendor coordination, and related administrative tasks independently. Prior exposure to dealing with landlords, property agents, MCST/building management, and service providers is highly preferred. Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
