Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, filing, scanning, photocopying, and record management. Assist in compiling and preparing monthly administrative or project reports. Support document control activities and assist Document Controllers with daily administrative tasks. Verify and check invoices prior to processing for payment. Requirements: GCE O level and above At least 2 years of admin experience in the Construction/Engineering sector. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
