Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions of the Company. Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and budgeting exercises. Monitor project costing, revenue recognition, work-in-progress (WIP), and profitability analysis for construction projects. Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, fixed assets, and treasury functions. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, corporate secretaries, and government agencies. Oversee GST submissions, corporate tax matters, and statutory reporting requirements. Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures. Monitor project cash flow and funding requirements to support operational needs. Support tender submissions by reviewing financial requirements, bonds, guarantees, and project-related financial risks. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support business growth and decision-making. • Support other ad-hoc finance or administrative duties when required Requirements • Able to work 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday) Prior work experience in the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based industry is strongly preferred. Good understanding of project accounting, construction costing, and revenue recognition principles. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
