Job Description
Lead and contribute to Temenos T24 Core Banking projects in the capacity of Technical Lead or Consultant, supporting clients across the full project lifecycle — from analysis and design through to post-live support. Collaborate closely with senior management, technical and business teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives. Take full ownership of assigned project areas, including the development and execution of testing plans, data migration strategies, integration plans, cutover plans, and implementation activities. Configure, validate, and optimize custom Temenos T24 functionalities, ensuring strong user acceptance and delivery of high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions. Produce clear, structured, and comprehensive technical documentation for both internal teams and client stakeholders. Design and deliver technical training programs for clients and end-users as required to ensure effective solution adoption. Actively contribute to the planning and execution of migration strategies to support seamless project transitions and upgrades. Technical and Professional Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Temenos T24 software technical consultancy and expert services,preferably within a banking environment. Proven track record in successfully delivering end-to-end T24 Core Banking and/or Wealth Suite transformation projects. Strong understanding of T24 architecture and design principles. Robust combination of technical expertise and product knowledge, with hands-on experience in one or more of the following T24 modules. Securities and Corporate Actions, Derivatives (DX), Structured Products (SY), Treasury Modules — MM, FX, and Swaps Experience in Financial Accounting and GL reporting, including accounting schema preparation, chart of accounts setup, and analysis/correction of GL mismatches.
