Job Description
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST Direct AI agents to monitor competitors, quality check internal products, and execute research workflows to gather relevant market data Identify gaps in existing workflows and extend them by integrating new data sources, questions, and output formats Conduct detailed competitor teardowns covering products, funnels, pricing, positioning, launches, and experiments using AI agents to accelerate analysis Evaluate own products from a real-user perspective to identify issues and log discrepancies for improvement Translate research findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations for Product and Growth teams Continuously improve AI agent systems by feeding back learnings to enhance their performance over time Preferred competencies and qualifications Hands-on experience with AI agent platforms, automation tools, or workflow builders Background in competitor research, product analysis, market research, or exploratory quality assurance Other Information Salary: Depending on experiences Interested candidates are welcome to email resume to jazmin@personnellink.com.sg and CC to career@personnellink.com.sg
