Location: Island-wide (Multiple Projects, On-site) Work Schedule: 5 days / week Salary: Up to around $6,400 SGD (commensurate with experience) Job Description & Responsibilities: Lead site coordination with all trades, and liaise with client's representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical matters. Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with authority requirements. Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings. Attend and lead subcontractor meetings. Prepare and ensure timely submission of detail drawings, shop drawings, materials, mock-ups, and method statements (MOS) for early approval. Review and address comments from consultants on architectural materials, sample boards, trade demonstrations, and shop drawing submissions. Ensure all architectural works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve clashes. Conduct site checks to ensure architectural works follow construction drawings, including verifying that tiles/walls are laid according to the setting-out plan. Plan architectural works and perform micro-scheduling with other disciplines. Implement and ensure quality control (QC) plan in coordination with the Quality and Service Department. Procure and monitor architectural-related materials. Carry out inspections, trade demonstrations, material testing, and mock-ups. Verify variation orders (VO) and prepare back charges. Check and ensure compliance with TOP checklist and architectural RI (Residential Inspection). Update architectural progress using scheduling tools. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in architectural coordination for A1 main construction companies.
