Customer Service Executive Communicate clearly with corporate clients to provide accurate information about company products Record and transfer qualified eads promptly to the sales team or designated person for follow-up Collaborate with the team to support lead generation efforts Maintain organized records of client interactions and lead details to ensure smooth handover to sales personnel Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification Willingness to learn and adapt through provided training Previous sales/customer service experience is an advantage but not required Other Information Salary: Up to $3,000 basic monthly salary + attractive monthly incentives based on performance (up to $800 monthly) Additional half-yearly bonus based on performance Location: Near MRT station Interested candidates are welcome to email resume to jazmin@personnellink.com.sg and CC to career@personnellink.com.sg
