Job Description
We are looking for a Principal HR Business Partner to lead the people strategy for Amazon's International Tax and International Communications & Corporate Responsibility (CCR) organizations — two highly - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field - Experience mentoring, coaching, and influencing colleagues, collaborators, and stakeholders - Experience recognizing a challenge and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions - Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - • Travel up to 5-20% of the time regularly throughout the assigned region and internationally - • Extensive experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a high-tech environment - • Strong expertise and experience working with global teams, and driving organizational change initiatives and developing talent management plans for a global organization
