Job Description
Data center development for AWS will be led by the Real Estate Development Manager (REDM). You will assume accountable ownership of the real estate development process — acting as Single Threaded Owner - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management - Experience in project management, real estate development, architecture/design - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization - Demonstrated experience as a development manager or equivalent STO role, managing complex multi-party development programmes from pre-transaction through delivery - Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, including experience with development cost plans, cost reports, NPC/TCO analysis, and GMP/Fixed Price structures
