We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our EU Creators team, supporting the growth of the Amazon Influencer Program (AIP) in Europe focused on Sports and Fitness.The candidate will be - Experience analyzing metrics to drive business improvements - 3–5 years in business development, partnerships, influencer marketing, or creator economy roles - Demonstrated experience managing influencer or creator relationships, ideally in the fitness, wellness, or sports category - Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, growth, or partnership targets - Experience with social media and working directly with influencers and/or agencies - Experience with affiliate marketing, performance-based partnerships, or commission-based models - Strong relationship management — ability to recruit, onboard, and retain creators - Excellent written and verbal communication — can pitch the program, brief creators, and present to stakeholders - Pipeline management — ability to build and maintain a recruitment funnel with consistent outreach volume and conversion tracking - Negotiation skills — comfortable discussing compensation, deliverables, and performance expectations with creators - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting
