Amazon is seeking an experienced business-oriented Deployment Engineer to lead first-time deployments of advanced automation technologies and develop comprehensive documentation that enables global rollouts - Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or relevant work experience - Experience leading automation deployment projects from planning through commissioning - Hands-on experience with robotics, material handling systems, or warehouse automation technologies - Proven track record creating technical documentation for field teams - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to travel up to 50% during EU deployment seasons - Experience troubleshooting complex technical systems on-site
