As the go-to expert for social and paid media, you'll set the strategic direction, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with teams across markets to ensure our channels deliver impactful, always-on engagement and measurable business results. Your responsibilities Strategy & Vision: Serve as the strategic architect for the comprehensive paid media and global social media roadmap, encompassing paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and organic social across all major platforms. Guide and mentor the paid media and socialspecialists, andoperationalize the strategy for all global campaigns and product launches, ensuring seamless and effective integration across channels and markets. Budget Management: Oversee the paid media and social media budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across platforms, campaigns, and global markets. Regional & Market Collaboration: Partner closely with regional marketing teams and in-market leads to align paid media and social media efforts with local business priorities, audience nuances, and regulatory requirements, while also coordinating with product management, R&D, and sales as needed. Performance Analysis: Review and report on the performance of all paid media and social media channels to key stakeholders, including senior and market leadership. Vendor & Agency Management: Manage relationships and performance with external agencies, ensuring theydeliver onkeyobjectives.
