Job Description
Provide administrative support for the sales team (corporate and retail) • Manage company’s main email account and respond to email enquiries promptl • Prepare sales quotations, invoices and other sales-related documents for local and overseas customers, including government / corporate tenders • Follow up on sales quotations and purchase orders from customers • Arrange overseas delivery / export for customers – from ensuring that payment is received from the customer in advance, to the preparation of delivery orders / invoices and liaison with courier or forwarder for collection of cargo • Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion
