🟠Working location: Tagore Area 🟠Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm 🟠Salary: up to $3,500 🟠 Able to start work with short notice or Immediate Our client: a leading global developer, manufacturer and marketer of tool and equipment solutions for professional tool users. Job Duties: Attend to all phone or fax sales enquiries from customers. Process customers’ quotations and orders in an efficient and timely manner Responsible for order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate input of Sales Order & Purchase Order to the system Close follow up with respective suppliers on the order & delivery status Process export documentation for shipments to other region Process documentation for LC negotiation (whenever applicable) Liaise with warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customers’ orders. Generate billings on a timely basis for all orders that were completed Support Sales team to meet their monthly forecast target Requirement: Diploma in Business studies or equivalent Minimum 2 years customer service experience in order processing and export shipping Knowledge of L/C processing will be an added advantage Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills EA License No: 19C9611 EA Personnel Reg No: R1433735 Teng Wei Mun (Celest)
