Job Summary You will join a global team managing high-volume HR processes using Workday, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of HR data. Manage employee lifecycle event requests via ServiceNow, support employees with ad-hoc system troubleshooting, and contribute to process improvements. Responsibilities Manage high-volume HR processes using Workday to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant global HR data and workflows Process employee lifecycle event requests from management and HR partners through ServiceNow to support timely HR operations Identify and resolve ad-hoc system issues to maintain smooth HR system functionality and provide appropriate guidance to users Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational effectiveness and service quality Communicate clearly and effectively in English with stakeholders to facilitate HR operations and support Required competencies and certifications Diploma with 5 years or degree with 1 year of experience in HR Operations Excellent communication skills in English Entry-level degree holders with relevant internship experience in HR Operations welcome to apply too.
