Workplace Safety and Health Officer Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM Salary Range: SGD 5,000 – SGD 7,000 Working location : Tuas, will be required to visit to job site. Job Summary The Safety Officer supports workplace safety and health compliance by overseeing the implementation, monitoring, and adherence to workplace safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Job Responsibilities Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Establish, implement, and maintain Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies and procedures in compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements. Carry out site inspections, workplace evaluations, and risk assessments to identify safety hazards and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, related regulations, and company safety standards. Conduct investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases, and prepare reports with recommended preventive measures. Facilitate safety induction programmes, toolbox talks, and WSH-related briefings for employees and contractors. Monitor adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements and workplace safety practices. Coordinate with relevant authorities, auditors, and external parties on workplace safety matters. Maintain accurate records of safety documentation, including inspection reports, incident reports, permits, and certifications. Support workplace safety initiatives and ongoing compliance efforts. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related discipline. Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Singapore Ministry of Manpower, where required for the role. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in workplace safety and health. Knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and incident investigation procedures. Experience in conducting s
