Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full spectrum of accounting andfinance operations of the Company. Manage and maintain a full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation and month-end closing. Establish, implement and maintain accounting systems, finance policies, internal controls and financial reporting procedures. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, management reports and other finance-related reports for management review. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing within stipulated deadlines. Analyze financial performance, budget variances,cash flow position and key financial data to support management decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations, GST requirements and statutory reporting obligations. Handle corporate tax, GST filing, annual auditand other statutory submissions in a timely manner. Liaise with internal and external auditors, taxagents, banks, government authorities and other external stakeholders. Review accounting records, supporting documentsand financial transactions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation. Work closely with management and internal departments on finance-related matters and business support. Supervise and guide finance team members, whereapplicable. Undertake any other finance, accounting orad-hoc duties assigned by the Company from time to time. Job Requirements: Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline, professional qualificationsuch as ACCA or CPA . Minimum5 to 8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably withexperience in handling full set of accounts. Prior experience in a managerial, supervisory or senior finance role will bepreferred. Strong knowledge of GST, corporate tax, audit and statutory compliance requirements.
