Experience GS-14: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Planning, implementing, and managing problem management systems designed to effectively recognize, report, track, and resolve technology related program issues. Developing and updating customer support policies and procedures to ensure appropriate responses to future incidents. Developing performance metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness and to apply results in increasing productivity and professionalism. Planning and delivery of customer support services, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and/or training.
