Basic Requirement for the Information Technology Specialist, GS-2210 occupation: You must have Information Technology (IT) related experience demonstrating each of the following competencies:1)Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail;2)Customer Service - Works with clients and customers to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services;3) Oral Communication - Expresses information to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information; makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately; and4) Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations .Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. AND For the GS-12 Level: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level (or equivalent), performing all of the following: Developing, testing, implementing, or maintaining data systems, data pipelines, or data processing jobs using data management tools, programming languages, or database technologies; Supporting data architecture, data governance, metadata management, data quality, security, or compliance activities for data systems in a cloud, hybrid, or enterprise environment; Applying extract-transform-load concepts, data modeling, database design, or data analysis methods to support business requirements and improve data availability, reliability, or performance; Troubleshooting data processing, integration, performance, or system functionality issues and recommending corrective actions for review or implementation; and Preparing technical documentation, status updates, re
