In this role, you will be the face of our office, creating a welcoming and positive experience for employees, visitors, and partners. Reporting to the WPO Manager, you will play an important part in ensuring the office runs smoothly by providing day-to-day administrative and workplace support. This role is essential to maintaining an organized, vibrant, and service-oriented office environment that reflects Wrike’s values. Your Impact: Welcome employees, visitors, and guests with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude Act as the first point of contact at reception and help create a positive office experience Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace and general office coordination Coordinate with vendors and assist with office-related services Manage and respond to administrative and workplace-related requests Support the planning and execution of internal events and office activities Provide travel and visitor support as needed Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes Handle courier, mail, and delivery services Manage kitchen supplies, snacks, and general office stock
