Job Description
The Delivery Operations Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, administration, and continuous optimization of the Workfront platform as the organization’s primary project execution tool. In addition, this role supports the broader project systems ecosystem—including platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Project Operations, PowerBI, and/or other enterprise tools. The position ensures project systems remain aligned with enterprise processes, governance standards, financial reporting requirements, and evolving operational needs. This individual also supports enhancements, integrations, documentation, and user enablement across multiple systems to ensure consistent, scalable, and compliant use of project operations tools. Workfront Platform Administration (Primary Responsibility) Administers and maintains Workfront configuration, including layouts, groups, teams, access levels, workflows, portfolios, templates, and custom forms. Manages Workfront roles, permissions, governance standards, and user provisioning. Ensures Workfront data integrity, process alignment, and compliance with PMO and operational frameworks. Designs and maintains Workfront reports and dashboards to support operational and executive visibility. Ensures alignment with their manager and the Enterprise Workfront Product Owner prior to initiating any largescale enhancements or system implementations. Ensures consistency and accuracy in project, task, and timetracking data. Supports audit and quality management reporting requirements. MultiPlatform Support & Enterprise Tool Administration Represents Workfront across the organization while collaborating with peer system owners to maintain and support a connected, interoperable enterprise tool landscape. Provides configuration support across other enterprise project systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Project Operations, PowerBI, and/or related platforms.
