Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Electrical & Instrumentation Solutions Provider Position Title: Sales Engineer Working Location: Joo Seng (Walk distance from MRT) Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Identify and engage new business prospects across Singapore. Build and sustain a healthy pipeline to consistently meet or surpass sales objectives. Develop and present persuasive technical proposals, quotations, and presentations. Manage the full sales process—from initial contact to contract closure. Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities and product applications. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and operational challenges. Propose and configure suitable control system designs (e.g., PLC setups, HMI interfaces, network layouts). Deliver pre-sales support through demos, proof-of-concept trials, and feasibility assessments. Coordinate with internal engineers and key suppliers to formulate optimal solutions for complex requirements. Foster and grow strong relationships with engineers, project leads, and decision-makers at both new and existing accounts. Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and post-sale support. Serve as the main technical liaison for customers, addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align goals and share market intelligence. At least 2–3 years of experience in a technical role such as Sales Engineer or Application Engineer, ideally within industrial automation, control systems, or component distribution.
