Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding, Packing and Crating Services Position Title: Customer Service Executive (Overseas Coordination – Freight Forwarding) Working Location: Loyang Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB + VB + AWS + Medical Benefits Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Ensure high service standards for overseas partners, support customer satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities. Maintain service quality by following standard procedures and customer service practices. Respond to customer enquiries on quotations and operations accurately and in a timely manner. Handle enquiries from overseas partners, prepare quotations, and follow up accordingly. Coordinate with overseas partners for incoming and outgoing shipments. Reach out to local customers and provide service support. Understand sea and air shipment processes for both inbound and outbound operations. Manage shipment-related issues and coordinate solutions. Perform accurate data entry and maintain reports. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of sea and air shipment procedures is preferred. Good communication skills and able to work well in a team. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willing to work additional hours when required.
