Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of Chemicals and Chemical Products Position Title: Customer Service Officer (Chemical Products) Working Location: Jurong West (Company transport provided) Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Accurately process and track customer orders in ERP systems. Confirm orders and provide clear delivery timelines. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide updates on order status. Resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters as needed. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and planning teams for timely fulfillment. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Support workflow improvements, process implementation, and system updates. Manage invoicing, dispute resolution, and optimize order-to-cash efficiency. Achieve individual and team KPIs, including OTIF, order accuracy, and response times. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience in chemical distribution, manufacturing, or B2B industrial environments is preferred. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/TMS) and Microsoft Excel is an advantage. Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
