Machinist Salary: Up to $3,500 + AWS + bonus Location: Pioneer (Company Transport Provided) Working Hours • Day Shift: 7.30am – 5.00pm (Mon–Fri) • Night Shift: 7.30pm – 5.00am (Mon–Fri) • Rotating shifts every 2 weeks • Night Shift Allowance: $14/night About the Role Join a leading aerospace manufacturing environment and work with advanced machining technology used in the repair and production of critical gas turbine engine components. As a Machinist, you will operate a variety of CNC and conventional machines, contributing directly to the precision, quality, and reliability of components used in the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines, EDM, lathes, grinders, milling machines, drilling machines, and specialised equipment Perform precision machining, rework, and modifications of engine components, tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges Follow products through various machining processes to ensure quality and accuracy Use precision measuring instruments, gauges, and hand tools to verify specifications Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work instructions Maintain production records and documentation Support continuous improvement, quality, safety, and housekeeping initiatives Assist team members and support operational requirements as needed Requirements NTC or equivalent qualification preferred Good mechanical aptitude and technical mindset Knowledge or experience in operating machining equipment Able to read engineering drawings Able to perform rotating shifts Interested applicants may apply now or contact me for more information
