Leadership role within a popular housing finance company Compensation and opportunity to earn bonuses About Our Client Our client is a popular regulated Housing Finance Company (HFC) focused on retail mortgage lending across India. Job Description 1. Architecture & Solution Design *Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications, integrations, data flows, and cloud/on-premise systems. *Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and robust architectural blueprints. *Create solution architectures, logical & physical diagrams, and technical design documents. 2. Technology Strategy & Governance *Establish architectural standards, best practices, and reference frameworks. *Participate in IT strategy discussions to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals. *Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise guidelines. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration *Engage with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to understand requirements. *Provide technical direction to development teams, ensuring solution feasibility and quality. *Work with vendors and partners to evaluate technologies and influence technical direction. 4. Integration & System Modernization *Design integration patterns across enterprise systems (APIs, middleware, microservices, etc.). *Lead modernization initiatives such as cloud migration, application re-engineering, and data platform upgrades. *Evaluate AI/automation opportunities and incorporate emerging technologies into solutions. 5. Security, Performance & Scalability *Ensure architectures adhere to security, data protection, and compliance requirements. *Optimize solutions for performance, cost-efficiency, resilience, and scalability. *Conduct risk assessment and propose mitigation strategies. The Successful Applicant *10+ years in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or senior technical design roles. *Strong understanding of enterprise application design, cloud technologies, and integration frameworks. *Expertise in at least one major platform/stack (e.g., Salesforce, Azure, AWS, SAP, Data Engineering). *Experience with API design, microservices, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns. *Knowledge of security standards, data governance, and architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.). *Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. *Ability to lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications *TOGAF / AWS Architect / Azure Architect / Salesforce Architect certifications (as applicable). *Experience in AI/ML, automation, or low-code platforms. *Experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
