Job Description Handle end‑to‑end review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements supporting business operations across multiple geographies, including North America, Europe, and Asia. Work on a wide variety of contracts such as master service agreements, consulting contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, statements of work, and other related documentation. Oversee contract lifecycle processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely execution of agreements. Create and refine standard templates, playbooks, trackers, and internal guidelines to enhance efficiency and consistency in contract management. Provide advice on regulatory and compliance matters, including areas such as data protection, anti‑corruption, cybersecurity. Collaborate with cross‑border teams across functions such as Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, and Operations to align on contractual and regulatory requirements. Identify potential risks in agreements and recommend practical solutions to mitigate legal and commercial exposure. Support additional initiatives, projects, and process improvements as part of the broader legal function. The Successful Applicant An ideal candidate should have: A law degree from a reputable institution 6-9 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or within the financial services. Strong hands‑on experience in commercial contracting, including drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment. Good understanding of legal frameworks, regulatory requirements, and contract management best practices. Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders in a global and matrixed environment.
