Job Description Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, you will: Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a large-scale solar manufacturing facility. Drive production performance, plant efficiency, and operational KPIs. Oversee maintenance, safety, manufacturing excellence, and plant administration. Ensure seamless coordination across manufacturing and support functions. Lead workforce management across high-volume manufacturing operations. Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational stability initiatives. Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and EHS standards. Support expansion and scale-up initiatives across manufacturing operations. Build and develop strong leadership teams across the location. Partner with HR and management teams on workforce engagement and industrial relations. The Successful Applicant Brings 18-25 years of manufacturing leadership experience. Proven track record managing large-scale manufacturing plants or locations. Experience as Plant Head, Site Head, or Location Head preferred. Strong exposure to production, maintenance, operational excellence, and safety. Experience handling 1,000+ workforce and large operational scale environments.
