IT Manager, Applications & Digital Transformation (Bank) Key Responsibilities Lead the management, performance, and continuous enhancement of the organisation's business applications, IT systems, and technology platforms. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, digitalisation, and technology-enabled transformation. Drive the evaluation, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business and operational objectives. Oversee system upgrades, integrations, testing activities, and technology rollouts to ensure successful delivery and user adoption. Establish and monitor IT operational standards, service levels, system performance, and risk controls. Lead cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and compliance initiatives to safeguard business operations. Manage external vendors, technology partners, and service providers to ensure effective service delivery and project execution. Develop and maintain IT policies, governance frameworks, technical documentation, and operational procedures in line with industry best practices. Provide regular reporting and insights to management on technology performance, project progress, risks, and improvement initiatives. Champion innovation, automation, and digital transformation programmes that enhance organisational effectiveness and scalability. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Min 10–12 years of relevant experience across IT applications, systems management, technology projects, and business engagement. Relevant technology experience gained within a Financial Services environment is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in leading enterprise system implementations, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
