Job Description
Responsibilities • Lead and supervise a team of Logistics Assistants and Team Leads in daily warehouse operations • Drive the team to achieve operational targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and operational procedures • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations • Monitor team performance and support staff development through coaching, counselling, and performance reviews • Train and onboard new Logistics Assistants on operational processes and procedures • Support and manage ad-hoc logistics projects when required • Ensure adherence to the Company's Code of Conduct, policies, and regulations • Promote and reinforce the Company's values in daily work practices • Plan, monitor, and guide team performance to achieve operational objectives • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and LEAN programs to enhance operational excellence • Manage inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and customers' SAP systems • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) • Ensure proper maintenance, traceability, and safekeeping of customer documents and records • Track, update, and report KPIs, order management metrics, and turnaround time performance Requirements • Diploma qualification with 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or SAP is advantageous • Strong customer service skills with experience interacting with stakeholders at all levels • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively • Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
