Job Description
As a Content Producer on the Creative Production team, you will capture and edit engaging still and short-form video content for Whole Foods Market social and brand channels. This role combines production - 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - 3+ years of experience in content creation with a portfolio showcasing social-first still and video work - Strong understanding of social media platforms - especially TikTok, Instagram, and Meta - and how to edit specifically for each platform's unique format and audience - Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative production - Proven track record of creating engaging social content that performs well and adapts to evolving platform trends - Proficiency with cameras, lighting, and audio gear for both still and video capture - Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar) and photo editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) - Experience with motion graphics, text animation, and basic visual effects - Understanding of color grading, audio editing, and sound design to enhance storytelling quality - Ability to direct on-screen talent and support production logistics across various shooting environments
