Job Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer serves as the technical backbone of the Nadir production line, owning the documented, optimized, and continuously improved processes that enable every technician to build - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field - Experience creating process documentation - Experience in root-cause problem solving - Experience interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools such as: 5S 5Y FMEA PDCA Value Stream Mapping DMAIC Run Charts Pareto Analysis - 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role - Experience with SAP or an equivalent MES/ERP system for mBOM and production version management - Experience in hardware manufacturing processes and quality systems - Experience with CAD software (Siemens NX preferred) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and engineering collaboration tools (PLM, Jira, Confluence)
