Role: Site Project Manager (HVAC / ACMV) Singapore Based (Woodlands / Site office) 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.45pm) Salary: $5,000 to $7,000 depending on experience Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering + Have Site Project Management Skills Experience in chiller & air conditioning system, ACMV & HVAC (M&E) Career Progression Opportunities The role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, project management methodologies and the ability to work in both office and field settings. Responsibilities & Duties Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirement Able to manage projects/ claims/ sub-contracts To able to work odd hours (if necessary) Meet with clients to clearly define and document their requirements and expectations for each project. Oversee the proper installation of M&E services, verifying that all work is completed according to the established specifications and standards.
