A leading global pharmaceutical organization is seeking an experienced EHS leader to drive environmental, health and safety excellence across a strategically important manufacturing operation site in Singapore. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will be responsible for shaping EHS strategy, strengthening process safety capabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture across the site. We are interested in speaking with professionals who bring: Significant EHS leadership experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, API, chemical or other highly regulated manufacturing environments Strong process safety and operational risk management expertise Experience leading regulatory inspections, customer audits and compliance programs A proven track record of building high-performing teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions The ability to operate effectively within a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to lead meetings and author technical documentations, and collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams in both Singapore and China.
